NOTE: Given the COVID-19 pandemic, MDS has put into place some requirements for how projects will operate in the coming months. These include some additional health & safety practices to ensure the health & safety of our volunteers, clients, and community partners. The specific practices will be put into place at each project and may be updated as recommendations and regulations change. Due to the closure of the U.S./Canadian border, the Canadian government travel advisory against travel to the U.S., and uncertainty about insurance coverage for COVID-19-related medical costs, MDS Canada is currently not sending or supporting volunteers serving in the U.S. We continue to evaluate this situation and look forward to the day when Canadians can again serve on U.S. projects.

Fall 2021 RV Projects

We are currently scheduling RV Volunteers from our waitlist for the Fall 2021 season (October-December) in Coastal Bend, Texas (RV). After reaching all of the volunteers on our waitlist, remaining openings will be posted here. Contact the Volunteer Coordinator in your country to get on the waitlist!

Winter 2022 RV Projects

We expect to begin scheduling RV Volunteers from our waitlist for the Winter 2022 season (January-March) beginning in late September/early October in Chipley, Florida (RV), Coastal Bend, Texas (RV), and Rio Grande, Texas (RV). Contact the Volunteer Coordinator in your country to get on the waitlist!
