What Happened:

The Redwood Valley Complex Fire started on October 9, 2017. The fire burned over 36,000 acres in Mendocino County. By the time the complex fire was completely contained on October 26, 2017, it had destroyed 545 structures, injured 43 people, and killed 9 people. 

What MDS Is Doing:

MDS volunteers will be staying at New Life Community Church in Ukiah. MDS will have access to rooms in several buildings on the campus. Volunteers will be focusing on completing several new builds.
