April 6, 2018
There were five RV couples including the project leader and office manager. They came from West Jefferson, Ohio; Catoosa, Oklahoma; Goshen, Indiana; Morrison, Illinois; Edmonton, Alberta.
The group finished working on the Fraser’s house; work included painting, installation of door and floor trim, caulking and general clean up.
Work resumed at Kysar’s which included painting, relocating furniture from several rooms, installing flooring and trim work.
Highlights of the week including completion of the work on the Fraser’s home. We enjoyed an evening out with Jeff Koller, the MDS regional operations coordinator and Tom Smucker, the project director. The team spent an afternoon at the Anahuac National Wildlife Refuge.
Next week we will continue work on Phil Kysar’s house with trim work, flooring, touch up painting, anticipating that the job will be finished this week.
A quote from this past week, Derrick Fraser says, “You’re not done already? I feel like I’m losing friends.”
