2- Near Hadashville, Manitoba: MDS will partner with Living Bible Explorers, an organization that works with inner city youth. Youth will build cabins and hiking trails in their newly acquired summer camp. Project will run from June 30-July 27. (Maximum 20 participants)

Other information:

  • Group size at each location varies.  Please see information under the project description.
  • All youth must be 15 or have completed Grade 9. No exceptions will be made.
  • One adult for every four youth is required. One adult for every three youth is strongly encouraged. At least half of accompanying adults must have construction or building experience.
  • Some churches have asked about intergenerational teams and we strongly encourage this model. What a wonderful way to get to know someone older or younger in your church.
  • Youth projects run in one week blocks. Groups arrive Sunday evening, and depart Friday evening or early Saturday morning.
  • Groups pay their own transportation to and from the project.
  • Each person, youth and adult, pays a $50 registration fee.
